SS 2003
We collaborated with my brother in creating the jewelry for the show. He studied at the academy with us and for a very long time was working with Walter Van Beirendonck. To accessorize this collection, he created rings and belt buckles with a dragon scrolling around four fingers and across a cinched waist. There was a head, a tail and the depiction of male genitalia. It was made in solid silver – very heavy and very beautiful. He sculpted the rings and the belt buckle with clay to create a mold, and worked with a silversmith to cast the pieces in pure silver.
